- All sales are
FINAL. All vehicles are sold AS IS with NO WARRANTIES.
- Before purchasing a
vehicle, all individuals MUST be registered to bid. You may register
with any of the cashiers available.
- A minimun bid of
$100.00 is required.
- A minimum buyers
fee of $100 or 10% and a $45.00 DOCUMENTATION FEE will be added to each vehicle
- All vehicles sold
to Minnesota residents are subject to the following:
Minnesota STATE SALES TAX, A $35.00 TITLE TRANSFER FEE, LICENSE
PLATE FEE and TAB FEE of $35.00 - $99.00 depending on year
- All buyer payments
MUST be made with good funds which are defined as cash, cashiers
checks, or travelers checks. Master Card, Visa,
American Express and Discover are accepted forms of payment with a
3% cash advance charge.
- All items become
the sole responsibility of the buyer when the auctioneer announces
"Sold". Metro Auto Auctions is not responsible for items damaged or
stolen once the successful bidder has been announced.
- All vehicle MUST be
removed from the site by 3:00 P.M. on auction day.
- The bidder
acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property
damage caused by the bidder and further agrees to hold Metro Auto
Auctions harmless from any personal injury to himself or his agents
and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
- The bidder is
responsible for reading and understanding the above, and may not
claim ignorance of any of the above terms once he/she has entered
the auction premises. Metro Auto Auctions is not responsible for the
failure of the bidder to read these terms.
